Additional Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Tenure
The subscription is offered on a monthly billing basis for a maximum tenure of 60 months from the date of activation.
Subscription charges will be invoiced monthly unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
2. One-Time Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee is applicable at the time of onboarding.
The setup fee varies depending on the selected lock product and configuration.
The setup fee is non-refundable, regardless of subscription cancellation.
3. Minimum Commitment Period
A minimum commitment period of 3 months applies from the subscription start date.
The customer agrees to maintain the subscription for at least this initial period.
4. Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time after completion of the first 3 months without any early termination penalty.
Cancellations requested within the first 3 months will incur a penalty equivalent to the remaining subscription charges for the balance of the 3-month minimum period.
Cancellation will be effective only after all outstanding dues, penalties, and applicable charges are cleared.
5. Uninstallation Charges
In the event of subscription cancellation (at any stage), uninstallation charges will apply.
Uninstallation charges will be communicated separately and may vary depending on:

6. Equipment Handling
Upon cancellation, the customer must allow access for safe removal of installed equipment.
Any damage or loss of equipment may result in additional charges.
7. Changes to Subscription
The service provider reserves the right to update subscription terms, pricing, or charges with prior notice, as permitted by applicable law.
